Recruitment process
The first stage of the recruitment process is to complete our online application, attaching your CV and, optional covering letter.
It is important that you let us know which skills and experience are relevant to the job you are applying for. We'll explore these aspects through various job releated questions.
Once we receive your application it will be reviewed and evaluated. If we think you may be suitable, we may send you an assessment to complete and contact you regarding an interview at our offices. In some instances we may ask you to take part in a telephone interview to aid us with our sifting process.
If your application is unsuccessful, you can be sure that we will contact you.
Interview
This is usually a two-stage process. Your first interview will generally be with two people, and will involve discussion of aspects of your application in detail.
You may also be asked to do an initial test, including psychometric testing. This testing is never used to decide whether a candidate is suitable, but rather to explore your application on a level that can not be obtained through traditional interviews. If you are applying for a technical role, your first interview will include technical questions.
The second interview will, again, be with two people, although at least one of them may be new to you. You are likely to be asked a few more questions, and to sit at least one other test depending on the role.
